We take on defined-outcome service work and organize it ourselves: field execution, bilingual coordination, optional annual service-readiness (SLA), local spares and ERP-recorded reports. Service is tiered by IP exposure:
L1 · General field service
Unboxing, mechanical positioning, cable trays, routine inspection, consumable changes.
L2 · Guided troubleshooting
Our bilingual engineer acts as your eyes and hands under your remote support; you control what is shown.
L3 · Core process
Proprietary processes stay with your own experts; we provide long-term visas, logistics and tools.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND IP
Neutral, walled, dedicated where it matters
Your engineers must never become a leak to a competitor. The model is built around strict isolation:
- Dedicated engineers for sensitive clients, contracted to serve only you.
- NDA and competitor cooling-off: staff who served a competitor's similar equipment are not assigned to yours for an agreed period.
- Physical data isolation in ERP: each maker's documents and fault codes are separated, visible only on the specific work order.
- You stay in control: L3 proprietary work stays with your experts; L2 is driven remotely by you.
